We’ve worked with vets across the world to understand the most effective way to support working dogs to regulate their core temperatures. Our patented cooling technology is meticulously designed to target a dog’s major muscle groups to deliver highly effective cooling and temperature regulation.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using tracked postal services.

USA Orders (DDP – Duties Included)
US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means duties + customs clearance are prepaid and included at checkout, so your order won’t be held or hit with surprise fees on delivery.

How long do the cooling packs last for?

Approximately 1 hour of working time (dependent on conditions).

A second set of gel packs can be used once finished to aid in recovery. This has been proven beneficial in decreasing recovery time and increasing the ability for multiple deployments or active sessions.

Which breeds and sizes does this suit?

Most medium to large sized dogs can comfortably fit and wear the SHEPHERD Tactical harness. From Springer Spaniels and Labradors to Shepherds, Dobermans and more.

We're also taking pre orders for our Lite harness. This single girth harness is perfect for all breeds and includeds sizes for medium and large sized dogs.
